Fly the amusing skies...

Did I mention my trip to see my family? I flew to Maryland to see my sister and then drove up to visit with family in New York. In general I don’t feel like Maryland is very far, but it’s far enough South that they have “Live Bait” vending machines.

The trip was a blast, but I still can’t get used to the weirdness of flying. For example, do the flight attendants still need to teach us how to put on our seatbelts? I get it, tab into slot. Check.

Also when you check in and they say “has anyone asked you to carry anything for them?” I want to reply “lady, I don’t want to carry my own bags, trust me I’m not going to lug around some strangers gear”. I also enjoy when the attendants walk up the aisle and say “headsets” until the word has no meaning, it’s very Doughtyish.

Some day I want to fly NWA Airline. because it amuses me.
